Shipping Policy

Software Licenses
Freeman Compression Inc. does not provide shipping on any software products listed on the Freeman Compression Inc website. All software licenses sold by Freeman Compression Inc. are Electronic Licenses only. All software licenses purchased are delivered electronically to the customer via E-mail within 2-3 business days of providing payment.

Portable Hard Drives, Disks and Other Storage Devices
Freeman Compression Inc. provides return shipping of portable hard drives, disks and other storage devices delivered to us for video encoding purposes and other projects. After media or video elements have been retrieved from a client's portable hard drive, disk or other storage device, the item will be returned to the client within 5-7 business days. Clients will be responsible for all shipping costs to Freeman Compression Inc. Freeman Compreession Inc. is responsible for returning portable hard drive, disk or other storage device back to client within 5-7 business days. The ability to return portable hard drives, disks or other storage devices to client within 5-7 business days is a based on the ability of UPS to delivery within 5-7 business days at the client's location.

 

Return/Refund Policy

Software Licenses
Refunds of software products are available for defective products if the customer sends an E-mail copy of the purchase receipt and electronic license to info@freemancompression.com. The customer must also provide detailed documentation of why the software license is defective along with a contact name and phone number. A Freeman Compression Inc. representative will contact the customer to verify that the software is indeed defective.

Training/Consulting
Refunds are available on Training/Consulting services if it is determined that training/consulting services were unsatisfactory and did not fulfill the client needs. For Training refunds the client must mention during the training their dissatisfaction with the training services. For Consulting services, refunds can be provided if the services provided did not fulfill the items listed on the Consulting quote provided by Freeman Compression Inc. For Training/Consulting refunds a detailed letter requesting a refund must be mailed to Freeman Compression Inc. at the address listed below.

All requests must include a contact name and phone number. A Training refund will be provided within 20 business days if it is determined that there was a valid dissatisfaction with the training services. A Consulting refund will be provided within 20 business days if it is determined that the services provided did not fulfill the items listed in the Consulting quote provided by Freeman Compression Inc.
