Interlacing Issues Common With Streaming Providers

Interlacing issues are common with streaming providers.  This is really one of my pet peeves especially when it occurs on high profile websites.  With all of the video compression tools available today there’s no reason to see interlacing when your watching on-demand streaming content.  The problem can be easily solved by deinterlacing or making exports from Non-linear editors progessive prior to encoding.  If you’d like to learn more about the video compression process and how to deal with interlaced videos for streaming attend our 2-Day Video Streaming and Compression Training.
