Streaming content providers should contact MPEGLA for H.264 licensing.  Many might not know it but if you’re streaming video content using the MPEG-4 standard with MPEG-4 Part 2 (MPEG-4) or MPEG-4 Part 10 (AVC/H.264) there are licensing requirements. You can contact MPEGLA directly or you can visit their website for more information about how the licensing works.  There are .PDFs and PowerPoint presentations available for download on the MPEGLA website.
