Authentication with Flash Media Live Encoder

Authentication with Flash Media Live Encoder is possible for those organizations using Wowza Media Server.  Users that have Authentication set up with Wowza will be prompted for a user name and password once they connect to their Live Stream in Flash Media Live Encoder 3.1.  This makes streaming great for those that want to protect who can stream to their Wowza Media Server.  You’ll have to keep in mind that your technicians performing Live Streaming with Flash Media Live Encoder will need to have their user name and password available.  Once Authentication is turned on in your Wowza Media Server you won’t be able to start a Live Webcast without it.
